Tywrapping and Lacing
Custom hand tied, "Form and Laced" assemblies available.
Some of our customers require "Form and Laced" cables, which involves, a waxed nylon string, tied at specific dimensions, to hold multiple wires together. This is what we would consider the premium method.
La Cro has multiple Automated Ty-Wrapping Tools to help reduce labor cost. This method of application has many advantages over hand tying. Tension can be regulated to maintain quality. The time required for manufacture is greatly reduced which insures efficiency.
